What is the difference between your bag and the authentic one?
Answer:
Except the name differences, fashion and authentic, no more differences. Our bags are same material as the authentic ones, serial number inside, superior lining, tag,etc.

Question:
Is your bag clear from the custom, since it's fashion? Do i need to pay tax?
Answer:
We can promise you that we have our own way to avoid the custom. You won't pay any tax.

Question:
If after receive your bag, and find some qulity problem, like the zipper is broken or some damage, will you exchange it?
Answer:
Any exchange monitored by quality problem can be allowed. Offer pictures of the damaged bag.

Question:
Are the photoes taken by yourself? They are the same with the official site.
Answer:
The photos of our store are photos by us, provided by the factory, or released as official genuine photos. Please rest assured about our quality. The reason why we quote genuine photos, is that we are confident to guarantee our products have the same quality and manufacturing techniques with the genuine. Do rest assured.
